Host Of Illinois Teams Set To Descend On Bloomington, Indiana This Weekend For The Adidas May Classic
The Adidas May Classic is set to tip-off tonight in Bloomgton, Indiana with a strong field of competing teams coming in from around the United States. Chicago Express, Chicago Elite and the Illinois Ice are among the Illinois teams competing at the event.
Top teams coming in for the event include Indiana Elite, SoCal All-Stars and M33M Memphis. Indiana Elite won the Pittsburgh Jam Fest, while the SoCal All-Stars feature 6-9 twins David and Travis Wear and M33M Memphis rolls into town with Christian Watford.
Class of 2010 Chicago Foreman star Lavonte Dority will run with Indiana Elite for the event. Illinois Old School, Chicago Rebels, Illinois Titans, Illinois Speed, Illinois Basketball Academy, Illinois Flames, Southern Illinois Falcons, Full Package, Illinois Red Raiders, Illinois Magic and Illinois Elite are all competing in the 17-U age division.
The Bloomington event will also feature both 15-U and 16-U age divisions. The Adidas May Classic will tip-off tonight and will run through Sunday.
