CORE1TRAINING is dedicated to providing all athletes with the highest quality sports enhancement and team performance. CORE1TRAINING has two training facilities, one in Woodridge, and a second in Naperville. Core 1 athletes improve Speed, Strength, Agility, Quickness, Balance, Coordination, Core Control, Explosive Acceleration, Vertical Leap, Team Mentality, Confident Abilities and Injury Awareness.
