Class Of 2009 Rich South Star Kendrick Morse Of The Illinois Ice To Play For Head Coach Steve Smiley, And Wyoming-Based Juco Heavyweight Sheridan College Chicago Hoops July 1, 2009 Email Questions/Comments To brian@chicagohoops.com Class of 2009 Rich South star Kendrick Morse of the Illinois Ice has now signed to play his college basketball for Wyoming-based junior college heavyweight Sheridan College. Morse ranks as one of the top Class of 2009 basketball prospects in the state of Illinois. Morse, a 5'7" point guard, excels with his ability to push the basketball, and his ball-distribution skills. Morse capped off a stellar high school career this past season by teaming with Class of 2011 star Macari Brooks to form one of the better duo's in the state of Illinois. Last year, Sheridan, and head coach Steve Smiley had great success with Scottie Payne (Chicago Julian) running the point. Larnell Pillow of the Illinois Ice confirmed that Morse has now signed with Sheridan. |
