Jerome Randle (Chicago Hales Franciscan), Darien McKinstry (Chicago Hales Franciscan) and Chicago Ferrari have now roared into the Final Four of the 17-U AAU National Tournament in Orlando, Florida. They will meet the Mid State Ballers Sunday night for the right to play for the National Championship on Monday.

To advance to the semifinals, Ferrari destroyed the Louisiana Stars. The Ferrari team loves to run, and thus far, no one in the tournament has been able to derail their high octane attack.

Randle and McKinstry have fueled the Ferrari run throughout the National Tournament. Randle, who is as quick with the basketball as any guard in the United States, has been an absolute nightmare for the opposition. Randle may well have played himself into a high-major scholarship with his strong effort in both the SuperShowcase, and AAU Nationals.

McKinstry, a 6-0 point guard, may well be the best on-the-ball defender in the Illinois Class of 2006. Like Randle, McKinstry has used his speed and quickness on both ends of the floor to frustrate opponents.

The Chicago Jaguars, led by Mac Koshwal (Boys to Men Academy) and Thinjin Moses (Boys to Men Academy) will play tonight in the quarterfinals. A Jaguar win will also put them into the semifinals.
