Class Of 2009 Stars Brandon Paul And 7-0 Kyle Rowley Both Pick Up Big 10 Scholarship Offers From Northwestern University

Class of 2009 Warren Township star Brandon Paul, and 7-0 Class of 2009 Lake Forest Academy star Kyle Rowley have both picked up Big 10 scholarship offers from Northwestern University. Both players rank among the top 2009 basketball prospects in the state of Illinois.
Paul, a 6-3 guard, is a fast-rising talent who has seen his recruiting stock soar over the course of the past six months. This spring and summer, while playing up an age division on the 17-U travel team circuit with Dickey Simpkins' Team NLP, Paul established himself as a force to be reckoned with on both ends of the floor. Last month, Paul picked up a scholarship offer from the University of Illinois.
Rowley, a developing talent in the post, has likewise seen his recruiting stock soar over the past six months. He already is starting to pile up scholarship offers including offers from both Baylor University, and also Southern Illinois University.
Northwestern, which has been making a major push on the recruiting trail for high-caliber in-state talent, hosted both players on campus for unofficial visits this past weekend.
