The start of basketball season is just around the corner. With that, here is an early look at what the ChicagoHoops.com Preseason All-State Basketball Team could look like. The 1st Team features a pair of Pac 10 recruits, two Big 10 recruits, and one of the hottest prospects in the United States. Players are listed without regard to their high school class affiliation.
