Here are the ChicagoHoops.com Preseason 1st, 2nd and 3rd Team All-State squads. The loaded 2011 recruiting class in the state of Illinois dominates the teams. The 1st Team is headed by Chicago Perspectives star Anthony Davis (Kentucky) and Chicago Morgan Park star Wayne Blackshear (Louisville).
