Former Hoffman Estates, And Rollins College Star Jonny Reibel Putting Up Very Strong Numbers For The Crailsheim Merlins In Germany Chicago Hoops November 15, 2009 Email Questions/Comments To brian@chicagohoops.com Former Hoffman Estates, and Rollins College star Jonny Reibel is putting up very strong numbers professionally for the Crailsheim Merlins in Germany. Reibel was a 1st Team Division II All-American at Rollins College. Reibel, who began his professional career in Poland last year, is averaging 18 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.1 steals per contest for the Crailsheim Merlins. The Creilsheim Merlins compete in the Pro A Division in Germany. Reibel ranked as one of the top Class of 2004 basketball prospects in the state of Illinois as a high school senior, and is the all-time assists leader at Hoffman Estates High School, and rates second on the all-time leading scorers list at the school. As a senior, he teamed with Bryan Mead to lead Hoffman Estates to the IHSA Class AA state finals.
