Van Vleet, a 5'11" point guard, is a super-smooth floor leader who excels with the basketball in his hands. Van Vleet combines a strong handle on the basketball with uncanny floor vision and passing skills. Van Vleet is a stellar decision-maker who seems to anticipate things on the floor before they happen. Van Vleet has been nothing short of sensational throughout the spring and summer on the travel team circuit with Prymetyme. He has firmly entrenched himself as one of the top 2012 prospects in the state of Illiois, and now has both DePaul and Illinois both very much front and center in his recruitment.
