Ball State University Lands Class Of 2008 Chicago Simeon Star Pierre Sneed
Class of 2008 Chicago Simeon star Pierre Sneed has decided to play his college basketball for head coach Billy Taylor, and Ball State University. Sneed ranks as one of the top Class of 2008 basketball prospects in the state of Illinois.
Sneed, a 6-4 wing, is a long and athletic slasher who excels in the open floor on the basketball court. This past spring and summer, Sneed was one of the top players on a strong 17-U Mac Irvin Fire team.
Chicago Simeon head coach Robert Smith told ChicagoHoops.com that he felt like Pierre, Stan Simpson (Illinois) and Kenyon Smith (Illinois State) all made great college decisions.
This year, Sneed, Simpson, Smith and Chicago Simeon open the season as the ChicagoHoops.com #1-ranked team in the state of Illinois, and will be seeking a third consecutive state title.
