Moore, a 5’11 guard, was the 2016 winner of the Illinois Mr. Basketball award.
Moore averaged 12.2 points, 3.5 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game this past season as a freshman at Cal.
Moore will have three years of playing eligibility remaining after sitting out 2017-18 per NCAA transfer rules.
