Loyola’s David Bailey Named Top Rookie In CBA

Former Loyola and Chicago Westinghouse star David Bailey has been named the top rookie in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA). The award was voted on by the head coaches in the CBA.
Bailey led all CBA rookies in minutes played and all assists. His 7.5 assists per game average was good for third in the entire league. Bailey played in all 48 games averaging nearly 13 points per contest.
