Stanford and Notre Dame both officially extended scholarship offers to Chicago Brother Rice point guard Bobby Frasor on Friday. Frasor is currently ranked #3 on the ChicagoHoops.com rankings of the top Class of 2005 prospects in Illinois.

Frasor, who stands 6-3, has been terrific this season distributing the basketball for a Brother Rice team that has lost just once. Frasor and backcourt mate Dave Telander have established themselves as one of the finest guard duo’s in the state of Illinois.

Frasor is a superb decision-maker on the court. He also packs a strong handle and a lethal jump shot. Frasor competes on the AAU circuit with Mike Mullins’ Illinois Wolves. The Wolves guard trio of Frasor, Bryan Mullins (Downers Grove South) and Sead Odzic (Niles West) figures to be one of the best in the country this summer.
