According to the Chicago Sun Times, Chicago Harlan 7-0 center Clay Holloway will miss the rest of the season following surgery on his right wrist. Holloway has verbally committed to play basketball for the University of Louisville.

Holloway, a junior, and one of the top Class of 2005 prospects in the state of Illinois has been plagued by injuries throughout his high school career. In three years, Holloway has played in fewer than 25 high school games.

Although he is still raw, Holloway had been making progress on living up to his vast potential on the basketball court. Holloway must now look to the summer to continue his development on the basketball court.
