Jerrah Young To Transfer From West Virginia

Former Chicago St. Rita star Jerrah Young has decided to transfer out of the West Virgina basketball program. Young was one of the top Class of 2003 prospects in the state of Illinois a year ago.
Young, a 6-7 forward, played in 21 games this season for the Mountaineers of the Big East Conference, making three starts. Young averaged .8 points and 1.5 rebounds this year for West Virginia.
Last year, Young was an All-Catholic League player, and an honorable mention All-State performer.
