Emmanuel Little Ranks As The Most Underrated Player In Illinois

Brian Stinnette
June 2, 2003

Chicago Farragut’s Emmanuel Little is the Chicago Hoops pick for the most underrated Class of 2004 basketball prospect in the state of Illinois.

Little, a 6-3 swingman, brings a complete game to the basketball court. He does some of everything well. In addition to being an outstanding rebounder, Little has a strong handle, solid passing skills and can shoot with range.

The strongest part of Little’s game just might be his defense. Farragut coach “Wolf” Nelson says that Little is his defensive stopper.

Many times Little makes contributions that don’t necessarily show up in the box score. He typically fills in with whatever his team needs. If his team needs a rebound, he gets a rebound. If his team needs a steal, he gets a steal.

Farragut figures to be one of the top teams in the state next season, and Little figures to be one of the their top guns. Look for Little to crash the Chicago Hoops Class of 2004 prospect rankings when they are updated for the month of June.
