Peoria Central’s Shaun Livingston silenced any doubters of his greatness with an incredible display of basketball skills in leading Peoria Central to their second consecutive state championship.

Livingston, a 6-7 point guard, was nothing short of sensational in leading Peoria Central to a 53-47 victory over Homewood-Flossmoor in the Illinois Class AA State Championship game. Livingston who scored 27 points, put the ball in the basket every way imaginable. On jump shots, an alley-oop, a jump hook, drives to the hole, tip-ins and free throws to ice the title.

Livingston is nothing short of lethal with the basketball in his hands! Gliding around the floor, Livingston always finds the open man. Livingston’s ability to change direction, and tempo with the basketball makes him next to impossible to guard. Shaun Livingston is the best point guard prospect in the United States! Next stop, Duke, or the NBA?
