Preseason All-State Teams
Here is the ChicagoHoops.com preseason All-State team. Peoria Central’s Shaun Livingston heads the First Team. Keep in mind that the All-State teams are not rankings of prospects. Both Class A and AA players are included on the two teams. First Team Shaun Livingston 6-6 Point Guard Peoria Central Class of 2004 Duke University recruit. The best high school point guard in the United States! Justin Cerasoli 6-5 Point Guard West Aurora Class of 2004 Seton Hall University recruit. Always a threat to score when the ball is in his hands. Jamarcus Ellis 6-4 Shooting Guard Chicago Westinghouse Class of 2004 Tremendous all-around package of skills. Puts up big numbers in all categories. Shaun Pruitt 6-9 Power Forward West Aurora Class of 2004 University of Illinois recruit. Should dominate games inside. Nate Minnoy 6-3 Forward Chicago Hales Franciscan Class of 2005 Absolutely dominates games with his ability to score both inside and outside. Led Hales to the 2003 Class A state championship. Second Team DeAaron Williams 6-5 Guard/Forward Bartonville-Limestone Class of 2004 University of Wisconsin recruit. Stellar athlete. Very exciting player to watch. Tommie Liddell 6-5 Guard/Forward East St. Louis Class of 2004 Saint Louis University recruit. Should put up big point and rebound numbers. Julian Wright 6-8 Small Forward Homewood-Flossmoor Class of 2005 Great basketball talent. Keeps getting better and better. Jon Scheyer 6-5 Guard Glenbrook North Class of 2006 Just a sophomore. Superb skills and instincts. Eric Vierneisel 6-7 Small Forward Jacobs Class of 2004 University of California recruit. Does some of everything on the basketball court. |
